Q:Where do you feel like you’ve grown the most since joining Harvest of OH?
Since joining Harvest, I feel I have grown the most in confidence, professionalism, and knowledge. It has been a very positive experience.
Q:April is Stress Awareness Month, how do you prioritize self-care and manage stress in your busy schedule?
I write down all of my tasks and prioritize them from urgent down to the little things. I accomplish what I can and always try my best. If I can’t control it, I don’t worry about it.
Q: What advice would you give to someone interested in starting a career in the cannabis industry?
Get started now! There are always new opportunities and lots to learn. Don’t sweat the small stuff and be patient.
Q: What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding?
I find it very rewarding knowing that the products that we offer help people daily in every part of their lives.
Q:How do you stay up-to-date with the latest cannabis products and industry trends?
YouTube and Reddit offer a lot of opinions and trends, but my Harvest family has a lot of educational info. We are always trying to find the newest products available!
Q:In your role, what do you believe is your greatest strength?
I have great eyes, and can often see things others can’t. I think this helps me greatly in adding to the inventory team.
Q: What's your favorite way to relax after a long day at work?
I love playing video games and doing physical therapy! Both are very relaxing.
Q:If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
This is a hard question. I love music. I would pick “Purple Sun” by Cannons.
Q:What's something about you that would surprise most people?
I have many aspirations, including becoming a cannabis grower, a farmer, and an artist!
Q:If you could time travel, would you go to the past or the future? Why?
If I could, I would travel to the future to see how much has changed due to the decisions we’re currently making.
Q:What's your favorite holiday and how do you usually celebrate it?
I don’t have one but, if it was considered one, 4/20 would be my favorite.
Q:What's the most interesting place you've ever visited?
I haven’t traveled much out of where I currently stay, but I dream of visiting Amsterdam one day!
